Pilot 2026 — London

What happens when research meets market?

A biweekly discussion group bringing together founders who have shipped AI products with researchers at the frontier of AI. No lectures. No pitching. Pure workshop.

The premise

For founders

You've shipped AI products. You know what breaks in production, what customers won't pay for, and where the technical ceiling is. But the research that might move that ceiling is happening right now — in labs you're not in.

This is eight weeks of workshops with the people doing that research.

For the researchers

The gap between frontier AI research and products that reach people is hardly explained by funding, but by the market. The researchers and the builders rarely occupy the same room.

This workshop is that room.

Format

Participant-led

No tutorials. No curriculum. Every session is shaped by founders and researchers and their specific experiences.

Biweekly sessions

Eight weeks. Small group. Enough time to build genuine intellectual connection.

Social by design

Places are limited and allocated by application. We're looking for a small, committed cohort — founders with real products, real questions, and the patience for a conversation that doesn't resolve quickly.
